To access apk777 services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5-10 minutes of successful payment confirmation. apk777 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your apk777 Account originate from legitimate sources and belong exclusively to you. apk777 is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of third-party services including payment providers, internet service providers, or software vendors. In no event shall apk777's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable fees or pending obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 14 business days. Closure does not release you from any obligations incurred prior to closure.
apk777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to apk777 or other Users. In cases of termination for breach, apk777 may forfeit any Account balance and refuse to process pending withdrawals.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. apk777 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted. You will receive email notification before any dormancy fees are applied.
